Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic advice to ensure successful placements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through effective sourcing strategies and engagement techniques.
  • Negotiation and Partnership Building: Negotiate terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships with clients and candidates.
  • Interview and Offer Process: Guide clients and candidates throughout the interview and offer process to ensure a seamless experience.
