Lead a Team in Technology Recruitment

The role involves leading as a People Leader within Technology Recruitment while contributing as an Individual Contributor.

You will coach and develop teams by example, with a focus on people development.

Apply strong commercial acumen to understand the value of services provided.

Grow the business through Sales and Account Management, expanding footprints within existing customers and through New Business Development.

Demonstrated success in winning new clients and developing existing ones.

  • Qualifications Required
  • A proven track record as both an Individual Contributor and People Leader within Technology Recruitment.
  • Possession of passion for people development and the ability to coach and lead teams by example.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the value of services.
  • Experience in agency recruitment with appetite to grow business and develop client relationships.
