As the business expands in Victoria, we are seeking an experienced People Leader, with a hands-on approach that will encompass both people management and individual contribution.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Technology Market, the value of Talent to our customers, and a passion for leadership

Skills and Experience
  • A proven track record as both an Individual Contributor and People Leader within Technology Recruitment
  • A true passion for people development, with a natural ability to coach and lead teams by example
  • A strong commercial acumen, understanding the value of our services
  • Sales and Account Management – An experienced agency recruiter with the appetite to grow business through expansion within existing customers and through New Business Development. Demonstrated experience of winning new clients and further developing existing ones.
