Responsibilities- Lead as a People Leader within Technology Recruitment while contributing as an Individual Contributor.
- Coach and develop teams by example, with a focus on people development.
- Apply strong commercial acumen to understand the value of services provided.
- Grow the business through Sales and Account Management, expanding footprints within existing customers and through New Business Development. Demonstrated success in winning new clients and developing existing ones.
- Proven track record as both an Individual Contributor and People Leader within Technology Recruitment.
- Passion for people development and the ability to coach and lead teams by example.
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the value of services.
- Experience in agency recruitment with appetite to grow business and develop client relationships.
- An established customer base with a diverse contractor workforce across specialist verticals including Projects and Transformation, Data, Cyber, Cloud and Infrastructure.
- Ongoing Training and Leadership Development.
