Responsibilities
  • Lead as a People Leader within Technology Recruitment while contributing as an Individual Contributor.
  • Coach and develop teams by example, with a focus on people development.
  • Apply strong commercial acumen to understand the value of services provided.
  • Grow the business through Sales and Account Management, expanding footprints within existing customers and through New Business Development. Demonstrated success in winning new clients and developing existing ones.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record as both an Individual Contributor and People Leader within Technology Recruitment.
  • Passion for people development and the ability to coach and lead teams by example.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the value of services.
  • Experience in agency recruitment with appetite to grow business and develop client relationships.
