While building your knowledge of the exciting - and growing - Technology and Digital industry you will develop strong relationships with clients and candidates. As an established Recruiter you can look forward to uncapped earning potential and be rewarded for effort.

The focus of the Delivery Consultant is to:

· Build talent & contribute to the formation of an accurate database of skilled ICT talent that the team can leverage

· Candidate research, pooling & building talent communities for specific capability verticals within the ICT sector

· Provide career & recruitment advice to candidates and clients which is professional, useful, ethical & memorable

· Manage recruitment processes including but not limited to advertising, telephone screening, long listing, shortlisting, candidate interviews, reformatting of candidate CVs for presentation to the client, reference checking and submission through client recruitment portals

· Actively support the team in client & candidate management activities including attending meetings, providing intelligence, relationship building, support at hosted events & contractor care initiatives

We want to speak with passionate and talented recruitment professionals who have:

· worked on major accounts previously

· exceptional speed to market

· technology background (nice to have)

· high level of autonomy

· drive & motivation to get the best result for the client; and

· experience working to a process and strict deadlines
