We are seeking a seasoned Superintendent to join our infrastructure project team. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in delivering the Water Package and other projects.

Your Key Responsibilities

">

- Provide daily and weekly reports to the Area Construction Manager (ACM)
- Lead visible leadership in the field and monitor construction progress, ensuring timely completion of critical tasks
- Attend Contractor Pre-starts, Toolboxes, and other meetings as necessary and directed by the ACM
- Review all Contractor Safe Work Method Statements and Risk assessments
- Support the Quality Assurance program to ensure accurate information and compliance with contractor works
- Liaise with contractors on all Water Package works
- Ensure safe work processes and procedures are in place and being used according to the Contractors HS Management Plan
- Foster strong relationships with the craft in the field
- Collaborate with stakeholders for Cultural Heritage and Archaeological field surveys

Requirements And Qualifications

- Extensive experience in civil engineering works
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale infrastructure projects where water was a critical success factor
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to co-design, collaborate, and deliver shared value to internal and external teams
- Engineering qualifications highly desirable
- Ability to develop project documentation and impact safety culture positively
