Project Leader for Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Leader to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of road and civil projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the delivery of small to medium sized road/civil projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Main Roads WA, local councils, contractors, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in managing civil infrastructure projects. They should have demonstrated experience delivering projects in collaboration with Main Roads WA, proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, and strong understanding of MRWA standards and processes.
