Site Supervisor - Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to lead our infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction sites, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

About the Role
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction site activities to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Lead and manage internal and external crews, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with clients, designers, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in construction management or a related field

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including safety protocols and environmental guidelines
  • Valid driver's license and first aid certification
