As a seasoned Civil Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of water corporation projects for one of our main civil partners. This full-time permanent position offers a prominent opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the success of a leading civil contractor in the Perth market.

Your key responsibilities may include:

  • ">
  • Ensuring timely project delivery, adhering to schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements.">
  • Monitoring site crew activities to ensure compliance with HSEQ standards.">
  • Assisting in the development and establishment of project schedules.">
  • Driving team performance and serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries.">
  • Leading work onsite to optimize resource utilization and adherence to operational procedures.">
  • Promoting a positive and safe culture on site.">
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.">
  • Forecasting project works and resource requirements.">

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor in civil infrastructure projects, preferably water corporation projects.">
  • Exceptional team leadership and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to coach/mentor junior staff, plant operators, and labourers.">
  • An ability to work under pressure, manage conflicting priorities, and meet deadlines.">
  • A commitment to developing and maintaining a culture of safety and health above all else.">
  • SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING CIVIL AND UTILITY PROJECTS.">
  • Comprehensive knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and procedures.">
