**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Infrastructure Project Leader to join our team on a challenging project in Western Australia. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading electrical infrastructure upgrades and ensuring that all works are completed in accordance with client, statutory, quality and safety requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leading a team with a positive culture and promoting Linkforce values
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure new and repeat business

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction leadership roles with strong electrical knowledge
  • An engineering qualification or trade qualification
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Project and Excel
  • Experience in completing CMS documentation for on-site personnel and equipment
  • The ability to manage and execute end-to-end deliverables on a project
