Job Title: ICT Technical Support Specialist

This role entails delivering expert technical support, education, and guidance to clients in deploying and maintaining their computer infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues, contributing to clients' engineering and product development success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing timely and effective support for inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to PLM, CAM, and CAD software and hardware.
  • Ensuring seamless support for clients with Siemens PLM solutions to minimize disruption.
  • Evaluating software and hardware requirements to deliver optimal solutions.
  • Diagnosing and resolving system problems and user-reported issues efficiently.
  • Configuring and maintaining PLM system infrastructure such as Teamcenter.
  • Developing comprehensive user training sessions and creating detailed technical documentation.
  • Collaborating with users and engineers to resolve intricate issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in PLM support, particularly with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including Solid Edge, NX, and Rhino.
  • Familiarity with PLM modules like Requirement Management, Change Management, BOM Management, and MCAD Integration.
  • Technical skills in TCL, VB.NET, HTML.
