Job Title: IT Support Specialist

This is a key role within the organization, providing vital technical support to clients' computer infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering timely resolutions to user issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support for PLM solutions, resolving user issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Determine software and hardware requirements to deliver tailored solutions to client problems.
  • Diagnose, identify, and resolve system problems and user-reported issues related to software functionality, data access, and workflows.
  • Install, configure, and maintain PLM system infrastructure, including applications like Teamcenter and its integrations.
  • Develop and conduct comprehensive training sessions and create clear technical documentation to support end-users.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Proven experience in PLM software support.
Essential Skills:
  • Advanced expertise in PLM implementation and support, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Strong proficiency in CAD software, particularly the Solid Edge portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of PLM modules including Requirements Management, Change Management, BOM Management, and MCAD Integration.
  • Programming skills including TCL, VB.NET, HTML.
