The Role

We are seeking a professional to lead our Enablement Leadership team in developing and implementing strategies, content and platforms to drive sales excellence across diverse regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement tailored enablement strategies that align with objectives while addressing unique regional needs
  • Lead the creation and execution of multiyear strategic workforce development strategies
  • Establish workflow intake and content development frameworks
  • Lead and develop a team of professionals to drive high performance, professional growth and effective regional execution
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to understand priorities, secure buy-in for initiatives and demonstrate measurable business impact
  • Establish and track regional KPIs while strategically allocating resources to maximise value creation and maintain capacity

This role requires a strong understanding of regional markets and cultural differences as well as demonstrated experience in leading multi-market strategic workforce development strategies.
