Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at BlueScope. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be the first point of contact for our resellers, roof fix and building customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the customer order lifecycle from beginning to end, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver on customer expectations, providing exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interacting with customers via phone and email to manage orders, quotes and queries
  • Following up quotations and enquiries to convert them into sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met
  • Providing internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams
  • Resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer's experience

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly
  • Proactive approach in building constructive and effective relationships
  • High attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
