At AMA Group Australia, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at AMA Collision Mackley St, Garbutt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Assist and support our wider team and managers with administration tasks
  • Keep customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles
  • Contact customers to ensure they are satisfied with the AMA experience
  • Manage telephone and email correspondence
  • Support management with inventory management and liaison with insurance providers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Highly professional and personable with strong relationship building skills
  • Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team
