About the Role

We are seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with employers across various industries. This role will involve engaging with clients who face disability, injury, health conditions, or require additional support, aiming to place them in fulfilling jobs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain employer networks to secure job opportunities for our clients;
  • Manage a caseload of clients, demonstrating empathy and compassion while providing advocacy and information about our services;
  • Cultivate partnerships with employers, leveraging networking skills and a genuine passion for building strong relationships;
  • Raise awareness about our organization's mission and values among clients and the wider community.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Demonstrated ability to work in an outcome-based environment, driving positive results;
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle competing priorities;
  • Well-developed administration skills, utilizing databases to track progress and manage client relationships;
  • A passion for helping others, a drive to advocate on their behalf, and a willingness to build lasting connections.
