HR Operations Specialist

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner.
The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting the growth and scaling of companies, with a proven track record of building effective talent recruitment pipelines.
This role is based in HCMC and offers part-time and hybrid work arrangements for the right candidates.
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR functions to support the company's growth trajectory, including people operations, onboarding, employee administrative support, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Implement recruiting pipelines across the AI stack by building in-house sourcing and coordinating external recruiters.
- Track performance and calibrate pay and benefits.
- Plan internal and community events such as AI hackathons, educational workshops, and build the company's brand among top-tier talent.
- Manage office operations.
Requirements
- Proven HR experience in a startup or fast-growing company (10-30 people).
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations across a global team.
- Ability to adapt and execute quickly.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Deep interest in AI and productivity.
