Job Overview

The role of People and Performance Coordinator plays a vital part in supporting HR operations by providing efficient and professional coordination across recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, learning & development, compliance, and employee engagement activities.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date HRIS data, personnel files, and generating regular HR reports to ensure seamless operational processes.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from job ads to interview scheduling, reference checks, contracts, and onboarding packs.
  • Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews to maintain a smooth transition for employees.
  • Maintaining HRIS data, personnel files, and generating regular HR reports to provide valuable insights into employee management.
  • Providing payroll support by verifying timesheets, leave forms, and employee setup information to prevent errors.
  • Assisting with learning & development activities, including training bookings, attendance tracking, and compliance follow-ups to promote employee growth.
  • Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Tracking compliance requirements and assisting with internal and external audits to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinating employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Managing the shared HR inbox, handling HR-related invoices, processing purchase orders, and overseeing general administration tasks.
