This role plays a crucial part in supporting HR operations by providing efficient coordination across various activities.

About the Role

  • Responsibilities: Support recruitment activities, including job ads, interview scheduling, reference checks, contracts, and onboarding packs. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews. Maintain accurate records and generate regular reports. Provide payroll support by checking timesheets, leave forms, and employee setup information.
  • Duties: Assist with learning & development activities, including training bookings, attendance tracking, and compliance follow-ups. Support HR policy and process updates, documentation, and communications. Track compliance requirements and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Tasks: Coordinate engagement activities, wellness initiatives, and recognition programs. Manage the shared HR inbox, HR-related invoices, purchase orders, and general administration.

About You

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional with 1-3 years' experience in an HR Coordinator, Administrator, or similar role. A Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Candidates should have strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS or payroll systems is desirable.
  • Applicants must possess excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills, as well as high levels of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • A high level of interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, service-oriented mindset is essential for this role.
