Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Broaden our network by establishing relationships with potential customers and industry partners through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with the administration team to design targeted campaigns and promotions that drive business growth.
  • Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
  • Provide valuable insights to the product development team on customer needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records are maintained and progress is reported to management in a timely manner.
  • Promote courses and generate leads by attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
Requirements and Attributes
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • A proven track record of generating new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • A self-starter who is motivated to achieve success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A history of tenure and consistency in previous roles.
  • Experience in conducting market research and building strong relationships.
