We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, while supporting students on their educational journey at a growing institution.
Key Responsibilities- Broaden our network by establishing relationships with potential customers and industry partners through various communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with the administration team to design targeted campaigns and promotions that drive business growth.
- Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
- Provide valuable insights to the product development team on customer needs and preferences.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records are maintained and progress is reported to management in a timely manner.
- Promote courses and generate leads by attending trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B setting.
- A proven track record of generating new business and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- A self-starter who is motivated to achieve success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A history of tenure and consistency in previous roles.
- Experience in conducting market research and building strong relationships.
