
Customer Partnership Development Lead

Key technology partners are the backbone of a successful business strategy. As a proactive and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building deep executive connections, ensuring these partners champion and adopt our products, and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Design to drive partner-sourced growth.
This role involves launching and promoting new features/products in partnership ecosystems, influencing internal roadmaps and priorities through partner feedback, and reinforcing our value proposition with partners to encourage meaningful activity.
About the Role- Proven experience in SaaS, preferably in partnerships or customer success
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Comfortable leading constructive conversations
- Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
