We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business objectives and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score and Customer Lens programs.
- Develop and implement service improvements, monitoring Repair Event Cycle Time and managing process enhancements.
- Oversee all functions and financial metrics for the branch.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage facilities maintenance and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Build a culture of customer service within the branch by recruiting, developing, and retaining high-quality employees.
