Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business objectives and ensuring the smooth operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer satisfaction through Net Promoter Score and Customer Lens programs.
  • Develop and implement service improvements, monitoring Repair Event Cycle Time and managing process enhancements.
  • Oversee all functions and financial metrics for the branch.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage facilities maintenance and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Build a culture of customer service within the branch by recruiting, developing, and retaining high-quality employees.
