Operations Leadership Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the operational systems of a progressive educational institution. This role requires strategic leadership and management skills to ensure efficient delivery of teaching, learning, and externally based programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Prepare staffing, rooming, and supervision plans for key assessments and events.
  • Management of key staff and administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Event & Program Coordination: Oversee parent-teacher interviews, careers education programs, and learning support coordination.
  • Lead careers education programs and oversee VET pathways, work experience, and post-school transition planning.
  • Coordinate communication between Learning Support, students, families, and external agencies.

Essential Requirements:

  • Educational background: Senior teaching qualification and substantial leadership experience.
  • Strong organisational expertise, proficiency with data systems and software, and a willingness to develop skills in Edval.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, coordinating with various stakeholders and leading operations across the school.
