Senior Retail Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Retail Manager to lead our retail operations in Geraldton.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.

  • Assist the Store Director in driving performance to achieve targets through effective team management, efficient stock control, and excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to all aspects of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance.
  • Assist the Store Director with the training and development of the team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Order and maintain stock levels to ensure optimal availability and reduce waste.
  • Ensure the health and safety of all employees and customers are met by implementing and enforcing rigorous safety protocols.
