This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and management of the College's operational systems. Key responsibilities include preparing staffing, rooming, and supervision plans for major assessments, managing staff rosters and duty allocations, overseeing timetable adjustments and room allocations, and ensuring compliance with CEWA and government requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Prepare staffing, rooming, and supervision plans for NAPLAN, OLNA, Progressive Achievement Testing, PISA and TIMMS testing, ATAR exams and other major assessments.
- Manage staff rosters and duty allocations.
- Oversee timetable adjustments and room allocations.
- Educational background: Senior teaching qualification and substantial leadership experience.
- Strong organisational expertise: Proficiency with data systems and software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead operations across the school, working closely with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
