Job Description

The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role within the Western Region Leadership team, accountable for driving business objectives in the Midwest of WA.

This position is responsible for overseeing key functions and financial metrics for the branch, ensuring seamless service delivery and process improvements.

The Operations Manager will develop and maintain business relationships with customers and new partners, while managing compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

This role requires strong leadership skills to build effective teams, drive customer satisfaction, and consistently achieve results under challenging circumstances.

A culture of customer service will be fostered in the branch, and high-quality customer service employees will be recruited to meet organizational goals.
