Business Development Support Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our ANZ Sales Team in Sydney. The successful candidate will assist in achieving strategic and tactical goals of the organisation by supporting the sales team in retailer business planning, S&OP, analytical support, project management, and general administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain key business documents in line with standardised process.
- Work directly with key accounts and stores to coordinate POS, administrative tasks, samples, stock, and order status.
- Create, track, and review trade partner spend within the rebate tracker and discuss concerns/anomalies with the Head of Sales & Finance on a weekly basis.
- Support all account channels by acting as a conduit between customer service, ops, category, marketing, and demand planning teams.
- Troubleshoot operational issues including faulty stock returns, order delivery issues, samples processing, and returns.
- Support the sales team with event and preparation support for Joint Business Planning and New Product Launches.
- Perform various administrative and support tasks for the trade partners, sales team, and managing director.
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
- University degree in business or related field desirable.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Creative flair in creating PowerPoint presentations and Excel sheets.
- Polished communication skills both written and verbally.
- Proven relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrates high motivation and initiative.
$85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience.
