Service Design Role Overview

In this key position at HOBAN, you will be responsible for delivering impactful service improvements in the Disability sector. Your primary goal will be to enhance participant outcomes and experience by leveraging your leadership skills and expertise in service design. You will work closely with stakeholders to manage complex design initiatives and drive process improvements that align with the Participant Service Charter principles.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading a dedicated team to design and deliver high-quality, participant-centred services
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making
  • Guiding team members to achieve improved outcomes and experience for participants
