Sales Team Lead

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Sales Team Lead to join Valiant, a leading company in AU, at a pivotal moment in its history. As a member of the Asset Finance department, you will be instrumental in driving growth and fostering a high-performing team culture.

As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading by example, providing ongoing coaching and mentoring to the team, and inspiring them to achieve successful outcomes for every client. You will also be responsible for daily conversations with lender partners to enhance relations, ensuring compliance and call quality frameworks are in place, and developing workforce planning strategies and initiatives.
Key Requirements for this role include:
- Proven sales experience, with a background in team leadership or second-in-command positions.
- Commercial lending and asset finance expertise, with a strong understanding of CRM platforms, dialer systems, or call recording tools.
- A genuine passion for staff development and a commitment to fostering employee growth and engagement within the team.
The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent planning and organisational abilities, and a talent for resolving challenges efficiently. They will also be able to report on and analyse sales performance metrics effectively and be a proactive team player.
A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent, is on offer for this role.
