Job Title: Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Blackmores Group. As a leading natural health company, we are committed to delivering quality health solutions to people and their pets everywhere, every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and coordinate all Group, Statutory and Board reporting for the Blackmores Group.
  • Provide advice on judgemental accounting matters and control deficiencies.
  • Support the maintenance of robust finance data through key data and governance controls.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis supporting strategic advice to the business.
  • Enhance financial controls through policy documentation, balance sheet review and analysis.

Requirements:

  • A qualified Big 4 accountant with 5-7 years post qualification experience.
  • Experience in leading reporting for large organisations.
  • Data savvy, strong attention to detail, able to examine and critique financial reports.
  • Highly collaborative, able to drive business units to provide accurate information.
