Job Description:

We're seeking a seasoned Capture Management professional to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is driven by purpose and passionate about solving complex problems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the capture process, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategic proposals to secure new contracts. They will work closely with our sales teams to ensure that we are well-positioned to win new business and grow our revenue.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically. If you have a proven track record in capture management and are looking for a new challenge, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the capture process from initial contact through to proposal submission
  • Identify and develop business opportunities to drive growth and revenue
  • Develop and deliver strategic proposals to secure new contracts
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to winning new business

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in capture management or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to think strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
