Job Title

Capture leads the development of strategies to secure major defence contracts.

The successful candidate will lead a team to identify, pursue and win strategic opportunities that align with the company's capabilities and objectives.

This involves building relationships with senior management at Defence agencies and understanding their needs to develop compelling value propositions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing capture strategies to secure high-value contracts;
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs;
  • Leading cross-functional teams to deliver proposals and presentations to Defence agencies;
  • Conducting competitive assessments and developing counter-strategies to position the company for success;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop compelling QinetiQ propositions that meet customer needs;

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in major captures, experience working in Defence and Secure Government environments, and strong collaboration and leadership skills.
