Key Responsibilities
- Customer Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for freight queries, responding promptly and courteously to customer inquiries.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with our Perth team to coordinate and oversee freight movements, ensuring seamless communication and efficient transportation processes.
- Booking Management: Create and manage job bookings via our internal freight management system as needed, maintaining accurate records and facilitating smooth operations from start to finish.
- Data Entry and Manifesting: Utilize your keen eye for detail and accurate data entry skills to enter consignment data, prepare manifests, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Hands-On Support: Assist with the preparation, consolidation, and packaging of freight, ensuring that every shipment meets our high standards of quality and efficiency.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a transport or logistics administrative role preferred.
