The Housing Services Officer plays a pivotal role in delivering client-centered services to individuals and families seeking housing assistance or residing in public housing.
This position involves working closely with vulnerable people to promote and support their well-being, managing tenancies and properties, and providing expert housing advice and assistance.
- Develop and facilitate collaborative case conferences for clients involving cross-departmental and agency collaboration.
- Analyze and recommend strategies for early intervention utilizing risk assessment tools and frameworks.
