
Vulnerable Populations Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to join our team as an After-Hours Outreach Service worker.
This role provides an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals who require complex health support.
Key Requirements:- A registered nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Experience working with homeless and marginalised populations experiencing psychiatric, medical and substance use conditions within a harm reduction model of care
- Availability for shifts between 4pm – 11pm Tuesday – Sunday
