Job Overview

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day workflow of our site. This includes coordinating and supporting the attraction, selection, training, and development of permanent and casual team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with growers, customers, local community groups, and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and partnerships.
  • Assist the Site Manager in implementing and reviewing site strategies, participating in financial planning, and achieving site targets.
  • Support resource planning for grain reception and outloading activities during peak and off-peak periods.
  • Supervise a large seasonal workforce during busy harvest intake periods, including at multiple sites.
About Your Experience
  • Proven plant operations experience gained in any industry, with a strong safety mindset and genuine desire to contribute positively to the agricommodities sector.
  • Able to supervise teams, with excellent communication skills, time management, and IT literacy.
  • Experience working in diverse team environments, with the ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Process-driven individual with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
