We are seeking a highly skilled Grain Storage Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our grain storage site in South Australia.

Job Description

As Grain Storage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our 75,000-tonne storage site. This includes overseeing receivals, storage, and out-turn activities, as well as leading the site team in daily operations and seasonal preparation.

In addition, you will be responsible for routine maintenance and repair oversight, site safety and equipment servicing, system performance monitoring, and quality assurance and storage protocol compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in grain storage, handling, or grain production, and possess strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Experience in grain storage, handling, or grain production (preferred).
  • Agricultural operations understanding and seasonal demands awareness.
  • Practical mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and support a small site team.
