Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee the operation of our grain site. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of grain handlers and ensuring the site runs safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations at the grain site
  • Supervise a team of grain handlers
  • Assist in planning, resourcing and managing receivals and outload during normal and peak season periods
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with growers and customers
Requirements
  • Supervisory experience in a similar industry
  • HR Truck Licence
  • Exposure to grains handling is highly beneficial
