This role is a leadership position that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a grain storage and distribution site. As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of Grain Handlers and ensuring that all commodities are received, stored, and dispatched safely on time.

The successful candidate will have experience in plant operations, preferably in the grain industry, and will possess strong supervisory skills, including the ability to coach and develop workgroups/individuals. They will also be able to work flexible hours to meet operational demands and have a current unrestricted driver's license.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the grain storage and distribution site
- Supervise a small team of Grain Handlers
- Ensure that all commodities are received, stored, and dispatched safely on time
- Coordinate with local growers, customers, and the local community to develop and maintain close relationships
- Identify and report on maintenance requirements and maintain site presentation and standards
