Grain Operations Specialist

We're looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Grain Operations Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading bulk rice onto trucks from various grain warehouses to mills across Leeton. They will also operate weighbridge systems, ensuring accurate documentation and supporting mill feed, harvest, storage, hygiene, and transfer operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading bulk rice onto trucks from various grain warehouses to mills across Leeton.
  • Operating weighbridge systems and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Supporting mill feed, harvest, storage, hygiene, and transfer operations.
  • Performing hygiene cleaning and other warehouse tasks as required.
  • Driving bobcats and assisting with general site operations.

Requirements:

  • A valid Class C Driver's License is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should be physically fit and highly motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in grain handling practices and mill supply operations is highly regarded.
  • Forklift and Backhoe licenses are advantageous.
  • The ability to work planned shifts and follow safety, quality, and HR standards is crucial.
