Grain Industry Operations Manager

As the Site Manager of our grain storage and distribution site, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of Grain Handlers and actively participating in day-to-day operations. This is a leadership role that involves rolling up your sleeves to help connect rural communities with food, animal feed, and industrial customers.
">Responsibilities:
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team to ensure all commodities are received, stored, and outloaded safely on time and to the required quality standard.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities of the team; coach and support development of team members.
- Get to know, understand, and apply enterprise agreement and people processes.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with local growers, customers, and the local community.
- Coordinate and prepare for area maintenance and pest control teams to deliver required services.
- Identify and report on maintenance requirements and maintain site presentation and standards.
