Job Description

As a Site Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our grain storage and distribution site. This role involves supervising a small team of Grain Handlers and ensuring all commodities are received, stored, and outloaded safely on time.

The ideal candidate will have experience in plant operations, preferably in the grain industry, and possess strong leadership skills to coordinate activities and coach team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and develop workgroups / individuals
  • Work flexible hours to meet operational demands
  • Manage maintenance requirements and maintain site presentation and standards

This is a rewarding opportunity to connect rural communities with food, animal feed, and industrial customers. You will be responsible for working closely with local growers, customers, and the community to achieve our goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in plant operations (grain industry preferred)
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Current unrestricted driver licence
  • Basic IT literacy
