The Role

We are excited to announce a key opportunity for a Manager in the Transport sector to become part of our team in Perth. The primary objective of this role is to achieve targeted financial outcomes (including revenue and profitability) for the transport division while ensuring a superior customer experience and contributing to a safe and healthy work environment for our team members. This will be accomplished through:

Identifying a robust pipeline of prospects within the transport sector. Enhancing KBR's external visibility to strategically position the business for pursuing the most promising opportunities. Cultivating valuable client relationships and partnerships. Formulating strategies and execution plans for key pursuits. Negotiating and finalizing project contracts. Overseeing project execution to meet as-bid financial targets. Collaborating with the Operations team to allocate resources for bids and projects. Leading personnel to foster a successful organizational culture.

Who You Are

To excel in this position, you will need a tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, or a business-related field, along with extensive management experience in large and complex organizations within the Infrastructure sector at senior levels.

The ideal candidate will actively engage in the development and execution of KBR's business strategies and plans for transport infrastructure in the region.

Additional qualifications include:

Extensive experience in managing large and complex Infrastructure projects, including steering committee or project sponsor roles. Significant exposure to the Infrastructure sector and related projects. Strong understanding of financial management and commercial factors in a consulting business context. Excellent analytical capabilities. Willingness and ability to travel as required.
