Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the transport sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement financial management and commercial strategies to drive business performance.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to resource bids and projects.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to team members to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in large and complex infrastructure projects, including at steering committee/project sponsor level.
  • Significant exposure to the infrastructure sector and infrastructure-related projects.
  • Solid understanding of financial management and commercial drivers in a consulting business context.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
