Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned CFO with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a CFO role within the commercial blue-collar sector. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people management skills, a proactive attitude, and a proven track record in leading by example. You will play a pivotal role in guiding our general management team and steering the financial strategy of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Implement Financial Strategies: Align financial strategies with our growth objectives and drive business success.
  2. Oversee Financial Operations: Manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure accurate financial data and informed decision-making.
  3. Lead and Mentor a High-Performing Finance Team: Foster a culture of excellence and provide guidance and support to your team to achieve their full potential.
  4. Collaborate with the General Management Team: Work closely with our leadership team to drive operational excellence and financial performance, and make strategic decisions that drive business growth.
  5. Manage Cash Flow and Financial Planning: Ensure effective cash flow management, financial planning, and working capital optimization to support business growth.
  6. Ensure Compliance and Regulatory Requirements: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, and maintain a strong control environment.
  7. Provide Financial Analysis and Advice: Provide insightful financial analysis and advice to support strategic decision-making and drive business success.
  8. Foster a Culture of Excellence: Embed our company values of Communication, Respect, Proactivity, Professionalism, Drive, and Integrity within the finance function and across the organization.
Qualifications
  1. Minimum of 5 Years of Experience as a CFO: Proven experience as a CFO in the commercial blue-collar industry, with a strong track record of financial management and leadership.
  2. Proven Expertise in Financial Management: Demonstrated expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational efficiency, with a strong ability to drive business growth.
  3. Exceptional People Management Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing finance team, with a strong focus on people development and empowerment.
  4. Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead by example and drive change.
  5. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
