Key Role Responsibilities:- Provide high-level management, clinical, and forensic expertise to regional and rural teams as part of a multidisciplinary approach.
- Coordinate implementation and operation of regional teams in conjunction with consultant psychiatrists to ensure effective service delivery.
- Oversee ongoing development and implementation of service models for regional forensic mental health services.
- Demonstrated commitment to mental health consumer recovery and incorporating consumer perspectives into service delivery.
- Possession of relevant tertiary qualifications and registration or membership with appropriate boards or associations as registered nurses, psychologists, social workers, or occupational therapists.
- Minimum 10 years of post-registration mental health experience.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and lead complex programs effectively.
