Expansion to Regional and Rural VictoriaJoin the team as we expand our services across Regional and Metropolitan Victoria, establishing a site in the Western region.
About the Position:- The Manager will support the establishment of the regional site and operations.
- The Manager is responsible for coordinating the effective delivery of services by the regional team. This includes responding to referral enquiries, developing stakeholder relationships, contributing to growth and development, and ensuring performance targets are met.
- Working in vibrant regional Victoria, you will apply your specialist skills and advance your learning and career development. You will be involved in evaluating and further developing this important new service expansion.
- Provide high-level management and clinical expertise to the regional team.
- Coordinate the implementation and operation of the regional team.
- Oversee the ongoing development and implementation of the service model for regional forensic mental health services.
- Coordinate the delivery of interventions and reports.
- Provide advice on emerging issues impacting the regional team.
- Contribute to strategic planning and service development activities.
