Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring a healthy mix of current and future business.
  • Utilize business development tools and technology to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
Requirements:
  • Proven commercial business development experience, preferably within the non-bank lending industry.
  • Sound knowledge of commercial lending and secured loans, with a focus on business development and sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • A proactive and strategic approach to sales, with a focus on long-term relationships and revenue growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
