\Your Role
\You will be responsible for:

- Facilitating group sessions and one-on-one coaching\
- Supporting participants to identify their skills and abilities\
- Developing career development plans\
- Building relationships with local employers and community organisations\
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting\
- Participating in continuous learning and professional development\
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals\
- Providing exceptional customer service to participants and stakeholders\
- Contributing to the development and implementation of program initiatives\
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices\
- Networking and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders\
- Engaging with diverse groups and communities\
- Representing the organisation at external events and meetings\
- Conducting outreach and promotion activities\
- Preparing reports and presentations for management and stakeholders\
