About the Role
  • Develop partnerships across multiple employment services areas.
  • Establish, maintain, and nurture strategic relationships with disability services, RTOs, TAFEs, schools, and community groups.
  • Build relationships in the community to increase commenced caseloads.
  • Facilitate collaboration between external partnerships and internal teams.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, market days, and showcases.

As a Community Engagement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities build their careers.

You will be responsible for:

  • Generating monthly reports and profiles.
  • Collating partnerships within the Partner Portal.

You will work closely with individuals with disabilities, supporting them to achieve their goals and build meaningful relationships.

About You
  • Experience in Employment Services, with knowledge of disabilities and the sector.
  • Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to manage competing demands.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proven project management skills, with ownership of tasks.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and capable of maintaining strong relationships.
